We have dedicated over 40,000 square feet for machining and fabrication for new equipment manufacturing.
We offer the complete package for new manufactured ground support equipment. We hold our high quality standards from the beginning with procurement of raw material, through the fabrication and machining toll-gate, deep into testing requirements, finally wrapping up each project with any specified packaging requirements.
Additionally, we can offer and schedule government origin inspection.
Painting:
We offer a complete painting solution, whether its refinishing or new equipment we can accommodate both small and large components and/or assemblies. Specify the paint color (reference FED-STD-595). Our painting process is a complete prepare, prime and paint process. We can offer sanding or bead blasting to prep the surface for a solid paint finish.
Painting is done to your specified color. Please provide the FED color number.
Additionally, we can provide heat treating for any of the components you specify.
Assembly
Not only can we furnish components to your specification, we can provide for assemblies to be made and shipped to you. We have dedicated areas for both mechanical and electrical assemblies.
Engineering:
We offer our 70+ yrs of engineering experience to assist you in the development of new equipment to meet your needs in supporting the aerospace industry. We operate a 64 bit CAD package that can use a variety of file types to assist in this endeavor, ie .stp, .step, .igs etc. Additionally, we can also provide support from sketches, or ideas. Testing:
A large part of ground support equipment is used in the transport and support of large equipment. We offer complete battery of testing for the equipment before it leaves our facility to ensure that we meet your requirements.
